For vehicle owners
Your vehicle was recovered. Here’s what to do next.
We know this is stressful. Below are the most common things people ask us about — pick the one that fits your situation. A real person will get back to you within one business day.
Request a callback
Best for general questions — redemption, payment plans, paperwork. Leave your number and we’ll call back during business hours.
Pick up your personal property
By law you can recover personal items from a repossessed vehicle. We’ll schedule a pickup at the lot the vehicle is stored at. No fee for personal property retrieval.
Redeem your vehicle
If you’ve worked out a redemption with your lender, we’ll coordinate the pickup. Bring your reinstatement paperwork from the lender and a photo ID.
File a complaint
If something happened that you want documented — damage, conduct concerns, anything — tell us. We take every complaint seriously.
Or call us directly
Business hours, Monday through Friday. Voicemail and email outside of those hours are checked first thing the next business day.
Heads-up: we’re the recovery agency — not your lender. We can’t adjust your loan, change your payment, or release the vehicle without authorization from the lender that owns the loan. For loan questions, call the bank, credit union, or finance company listed on your contract.
